FDI in information and broadcasting sector surges 231% to Rs 3,745 crore in FY23

Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in India’s Information and Broadcasting (I&B) sector, including print media, rose to ₹3,745 crore in FY23, up 231%, as per the latest data by DPIIT. While FDI jumped to ₹820 crore in Q4 of FY23 from ₹375 crore the previous year, it dropped by 47% on a sequential basis.
